David Bonds

has been involved in residential construction since the age of 11, working with his father remodeling and building new houses.  As a third generation builder, David's natural progression was to move to design.  In 1991 he began using CAD to design custom homes for his clients.  Having worked with large national builders and individuals, David has the skills to work on any level.  Now, with hundreds of projects around the United States, David is still designing custom homes for clients that want to put his 35 years in the construction industry to work for them.
